The following are episodes which are known to have been recorded but were never uploaded.
H3 Podcast #246 (Unreleased)
This episode was filmed on May 5th 2021 and would have been released on the same day for members and on May 6th 2021 for non-members. It was around the time period when Hila stopped co-hosting the podcast except from Fridays so it was just Ethan and the crew without her. They referred to those episodes as "Off The Rails" but they hadn't started branding them as such in the titles yet. 15 days later an episode was uploaded in its place, taking the number #246.
During this episode the crew and Ethan talk about the lawsuit against him by Triller. However, it was filmed before Ethan could discuss with his lawyers about what he could and couldn't say and so after they reviewed it they advised him not to upload it[1].
Frenemies #40 (Unreleased)
This is the last Frenemies episode ever recorded with Trisha as the co-host. It was filmed a few weeks after Trisha announced she was leaving the show because Ethan felt bad about how everything went down and how it impacted their family so he wanted to make amends. He hoped it would have been a wholesome final episode where they could reflect on all the great moments they had and part ways amicably. Instead of that he was immediately met with pressure by Trisha who kept making more accusations against him which made him regret inviting her for this final episode. Ethan said he felt very uncomfortable which resulted in him becoming complacent because he didn't want to argue even more[2]. Another aspect of this lost episode is that during its filming and before and after it, Trisha was secretly recording all of their conversations the whole time with her phone. Ethan claims Trisha threatened with releasing her secret recordings, he then said that he wouldn't mind if Trisha released them[3].
On June 17th 2022 a new episode was released in its place taking the number #40. It was a parody of Frenemies with Oliver Tree as the co-host instead of Trisha.
